Yesterday we conducted our Skin Clinic for children. The day was successful and competed without any mishap. We would like to thank the parents who participated and brought out their children early and waited patiently to be seen. Although we initially set a cut off of 60 children because of time and other resource constraints we were happy to accommodate a few extra who came seeking care.
We are humbled but the outpouring of positive energy and cooperation.
We must thank the Huggins Medial family for their outstanding volunteerism. Nurse Marshall, Chester Marshall Junior, Candice Brandy, Davida Brandy, Shontelle Wilkinson and Dajenique Woodley who did an amazing job.
We evaluated children with a wide range of skin conditions and were able to inform and educate on diagnoses and the importance of behavioral and lifestyle changes. Thank you to everyone who participated.
