🔥 Feeling the Heat? Stay Cool, Stay Safe! 🔥

With temperatures rising, it’s important to protect yourself and your loved ones from the dangers of extreme heat.

✅ Avoid outdoor activity during the hottest parts of the day (between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.).
✅ Wear loose, light-colored clothing.
✅ Never leave kids or pets in parked vehicles
✅ Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. (At least 3/4 of a gallon a day)
✅ Don’t forget your pets, they need water and shade too!
✅ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion, such as hot, red skin; changes in consciousness; rapid, weak pulse; and rapid, shallow breathing.
