Why, oh why, couldn’t I get back into my old clothes? 😞
I have two daughters. After I gave birth to my second daughter, I was close to 180 pounds.
I swear I’ve tried everything:
Completely changing what foods I eat (SO many times over). Going to the gym every day, sometimes twice a day. Hiring personal trainers to push me. Fasting for days. I even hired a professional nutritionist one time!
They helped me reduce the weight for a short period and then it all came back after a few months.
Year after year, I didn’t like the person staring back at me in the mirror.
And year after year, I had to buy bigger and bigger clothes.
Until.
Once I fixed this often overlooked and misunderstood issue, I was finally able to get into my old wardrobe:

I honestly look better than I have in decades, and even my energy levels are through the roof!

The best part? I achieved all of this without any exhausting workouts, food restrictions, or expensive professionals.
