Notes for people with stomach disease:
🍄 Limit consumption of packaged and industrially processed foods
🍄Do not use carbonated and sugary drinks, alcoholic beverages, stimulants
🍄 Eat many small meals throughout the day and do not skip meals
Limit the use of foods that can increase irritation: caffeine, alcohol, ..
And lastly, don't forget to use Nano Cadiso every day😊
