I performed his first rhinoplasty three years ago😌The result was good. But 2 years later, he had a revision rhinoplasty at another clinic!!😔

He traveled all the way to Seoul to have his nose tip and bridge raised even higher. Unfortunately, the results were disastrous😣😢 He returned to me for his third rhinoplasty, which was performed today. I sincerely hope today‘s surgery will be his last🥹👏🙏

I told her DON’T GET RHINOPLASTY because she had a beautiful nose already🧐 But she got a surgery in other clinic in spite of my recommendation😅

Unfortunately,She’s not happy with her 1st rhinoplasty result🥲🥹😔She came to me again for revision surgery. She wanted to remove MESH in her nose plus aesthetic improvement. 🤗❤️❤️

Rollin K. Daniel , whom I personally respect so much, said this:

A Rhinoplasty practice is a career journey, not a destination. I am convinced that few surgeons would want or could deal with an exclusive rhinoplasty practice for more than 10 years. Although most patients are appreciative and delighted with their result, there is a minority whose unhappiness and anguish erodes one’s soul. As has been said “Be careful of what you wish for; you just might get it.” Yet I continue to suffer from “nose lust” and curiosity about how to correct challenging nasal deformities. I am both cursed and blessed to have had this affliction for the past 35 years. It has been delightful.

“Cursed and Blessed’ That’s It. For the past 10 years, I’ve been thinking about quitting rhinoplasty almost every day. My rhinoplasty journey will end soon hopefully. 35 years‘s affliction is more than I can bear.
