Worth a reshare from my 2022 post. Happy Military Spouse Appreciation Day!! Y’all are wonderful, awesome human beings.

I’ve met and known some of the greatest people through the military. The spouses of service members are really something else; this lifestyle is not for everyone. The strength and perseverance, the vulnerability and resourcefulness, and the humor and perspective are born from uniquely stressful and some acutely joyful moments that come with moving, deployments, and connections forged with each other. The experience shapes you in a way that is unimaginable. I’m honored to have met you, to know you, to laugh and cry with you, to serve you (90% of my patients are military families), and grow with you. Happy

Final reminder! The last days for appointments (for existing patients only) are Friday and Monday! After Monday May 11, my table and equipment will be headed back to the States!

And while some patients have insisted they could get adjusted on a park bench, it really isn’t the most comfortable way to go. 🙃

I’m officially licensed in Iowa! This is in addition to licenses I have obtained in Colorado, New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Which can only mean one thing. The Mitchels are PCSing! (Destination - Rock Island Arsenal.) I will be out of town for the next week taking care of PCS tasks and then my availability is going to go way down. Final day seeing Area IV patients will most likely be sometime in May. This is always the hardest part of being a military family, but even more so as your chiropractor. Thank you so much for trusting me with your care. ❤️
