Happy New Year ✨
As 2026 dawns,
may the light of wisdom illuminate our hearts,
and may the path of the Dharma guide each step.
May we cultivate mindfulness in every breath,
compassion in every thought,"
and loving-kindness in every action.
May suffering be eased,
may joy arise from simplicity,
and may all beings dwell in peace.
With palms joined,
I offer metta to the world—
without boundary, without condition. 🙏
