We can accommodate component diameters up to 20 mm (0.7878”) and machining in the hardened state, while holding tight tolerances of ±0.001 mm (0.000039”). Our state of the art, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001 certified facility has CNC lathes made by CITIZEN featuring 5 axis, automatic bar loading and CNC control. From prototype production to high volume runs, we produce components with consistent accuracy at competitive pricing.
