논산 정신요양원은 만성 정신 장애인들을 위한 정신장애요양시설로써 1987년 10월14일에 설립되었으며 생활인 가족들에게 경제적 어려움과 정신적 고통을 감소시켜주고 생활인들에게 투약, 상담 및 각종 프로그램을 통하여 치료를 극대화하고 요양하게 함으로써 지역사회복지 향상에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있습니다.
