Montgomery folks:

I’m offering a Beginner’s Yoga Workshop at Bandaloop Yoga in Pike Road.
You get to learn the basics, and also details
you don’t get to learn from normal group classes, or YouTube videos.
It covers
1) The “How”: detailed alignments of all the basic poses;
2)The “Why”: The reason behind some of those alignments. So you don’t just learn how to do one specific pose, but will be able to use the same technique in other similar movements.
3)A few evidence-based breathing techniques that are often taught in a studio setting.
4)A quick tour of some popular meditations.

If you want to start trying this Yoga thing, or if you need clarifications and want to learn more up-to-date techniques, this would be a great workshop to attend.

How do you like to wake up?
A refreshing glass of water, a hot cup of coffee/tea, a cold/warm washcloth on your face, a quite sit/meditation, and/or some nice stretches and movements?

They all sound great to me!
Especially that first glass of water in the morning, and, of course, yoga.

If you want to add some stretches, movements and breathing exercises into your morning routine, I'm here for you!
