Our very first TriYoga in Nature class almost got canceled because of the rain ๐Ÿ˜ญ
But our beautiful TriYoga Flow-ers ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒธ came together and said,
โ€œWouldnโ€™t it be even more magical to practice yoga in the rain?โ€

So, with brave hearts, we carried our mats deep into the Bukhansan forest ๐ŸŒณ

The gentle sound of raindrops ๐ŸŒง, the cheerful birdsong ๐Ÿฆ,
and the subtle fragrance of the forest ๐ŸŒณ wrapped around us,
opening our breath more deeply and moving our bodies more freely.

It had been so long since I felt the rain like thatโ€”
and in the rhythm of nature, breathing and flowing together,
I found the most powerful release from stress,
even more than any relaxation Iโ€™ve tried before ๐Ÿ‘
