PRINCIPLES DIRECTLY SCIENTIFIC TO USERS
A healthy diet that helps prevent disease will not be too complicated if you follow the principles of scientific eating; Pay attention to choose healthy foods and limit potentially harmful foods and drinks.
Eat enough
You should eat a variety of foods throughout the day to get enough nutrients and health. In which, there are 4 main groups of nutrients that need to be fully supplemented in the daily diet as follows:
• Group of starches and sugars: This group of nutrients helps provide energy for the body to function. The recommended dishes are rice, vermicelli, pho, soy sauce, bread...
• Quality group: These foods contain a lot of amino acids that help regenerate cells, create neurotransmitters, enhance brain activity such as meat, fish, eggs, milk, tofu, beans...
• Fat group: Fat has a role in energy storage, regulation activity, possible protection mechanism against changes in temperature. Food groups such as oils, fats, butters, and nuts contain a lot of oil.
• A group of vitamins and minerals with fiber: B vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin C, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, fiber... are found in green vegetables, fruits and tubers.
Eat enough meals and on time
According to Boldsky, your body needs a certain amount of time to digest food and absorb nutrients well.
• Breakfast: The perfect time for the first meal of the day is from about 7-8 o'clock, in which, you should eat breakfast about 30 minutes before you wake up. (See also: what to eat in the morning?)
• Lunch: Plan to have lunch between 12:30 am - 2 pm, but the best time is around 1 pm. Lunch time should be about 4 hours before breakfast.
• Dinner: Dinner time is from 18:00 to 21:00, but 18:30 is the ideal time. To avoid weight gain, you need to eat dinner at least 3 hours before going to bed. If you go to bed at 10pm, you should eat dinner before 7pm. In particular, you should not eat more fast food in the evening.
