"Covid-19 치료를 위한 단클론항체 투여 시 IV 인라인 필터의 선택"

최근 미국 FDA는 경증에서 중등도의 Covid-19 치료를 위한 3가지 단클론항체(mAb) 요법에 대한 긴급 사용 승인(EUA)을 발표했으며, 국내에서도 국산 항체치료제 regdanvimab 처방이 확대되고 있습니다.

mAb 치료제는 모두 정맥 내(IV) 경로를 통해 투여되며, IV 인라인 필터의 사용이 필요하거나 강력히 권장됩니다.
