🍀 Steps to wash your hair at home but it's like going to a spa
More than just cleaning and growing healthy hair. Washing your hair with massage movements, acupressure also works to relax, circulate blood, reduce stress. 👉Step 1
Brushing your hair before shampooing, while it's still dry, will make it easier to detangle. Do not wash and brush your hair at the same time because when wet, the hair will be heavy, under the great stretching pressure of the hand, the hair will be easily broken and broken.

Wet your hair by gently running water from the crown of your head. But first, you need to flush the feet so that the body can adapt to the temperature of the water, avoiding heat shock, which is dangerous to the body.

Shampoo: After wetting your hair evenly, put a little shampoo in the palm of your hand that is suitable for your scalp and hair. Then rub evenly to create foam, note that only a little is enough to use, do not abuse too much shampoo because it is a chemical by nature, if used too much in one wash, it will easily take away the natural protective layer. Protects the scalp and makes the hair dry and frizzy. Combine some basic massage of the scalp in a spiral direction from the back of the neck to the sides and front for 2-3 minutes.

Rinse with clean water: after you have completed all the above steps and feel your scalp is really clean, rinse your hair with clean water to remove the foam.

Use conditioner or hair cream: for those of you with dry, frizzy or damaged hair, this step is extremely necessary to provide nutrients, increase moisture to make hair softer and smoother. Apply conditioner evenly throughout the hair, 2cm from the hairline, do not let the conditioner stick directly on the scalp. For incubation cream, you can use a nylon cap to incubate your hair for 30 minutes.

Clean hair: after the time of incubation, conditioner, you need to massage and wash your hair again with water to clean the oily substances on the hair. Prevent hair from sticking.
👉Step 8
Dry your hair: use a soft, highly absorbent cotton towel to dry your hair. Then you can use a dryer with an instant hot and cold temperature control button to easily control the flow of comfortable air to the scalp. However, you should not overdo the hair dryer because when used regularly, it will easily lead to dry, fibrous hair, losing its natural smoothness. Therefore, if possible, it is better to let your hair dry naturally. After the hair is dry, you can apply a layer of conditioner to make it shiny and nourish the hair.
