Some of my breakfasts in the past time, persistently eating Eat Clean has helped me slim down, my body is much lighter, sisters. It is true that nothing is impossible, people.
👩🍳 In the morning, I usually eat home-grown fruit - yogurt with oats, chia seeds, quick and extremely happy. Some tips to help me love Eat Clean more every day:
• Women who are addicted to starch should eat potatoes and oats in the morning. The next meals of the day will be much less craving.
• Persistence in exercising every day even if it's only 10 minutes, is better than nothing. It creates a good habit of regular exercise too.
• Before exercise, I usually eat a banana or apple, avoid eating much within 1 hour before exercise. After exercise, you should eat eggs and tofu for protein to build muscle beautifully and reduce muscle pain.
• People who want to lose weight while still maintaining good health should invest in good food for their diet.
🌱 Right now I'm eating brown rice and brown rice vermicelli, extremely nutritious and low in calories.
