Does Any of This Sound Like Familiar?
✅ You're unable to lose any weight no matter what you do. You knew it would take time, but you never thought it'd be THIS hard to bounce back after having a baby.
✅ You’re sleep deprived, you've got no energy, you’re always tired and your brain is foggy. It affects your mental health. You keep forgetting things and you have no drive. If only you could operate more efficiently, you’d be able to give so much more to your baby, family and life.
✅ When you realise how long the road ahead is it’s so easy to lose motivation, it starts a vicious cycle of emotional eating/binge eating, anxiety and depression. These feelings multiply as you move further away from your goals and intense exercise scares the hell out of you. You feel bad about your body and nervous about what it might take to win this battle.
✅ You don’t have energy for your baby, kids, hubby, family or work. Life just isn’t like it used to be and you'd give anything to be a fit, lean, healthy energetic mum, wife and friend!
✅ Craving food is standard, but since having a baby it's gone to another level. Needing something sweet then something salty. It's not JUST because you're tired, but also because you've lost so much fitness (and the energy that brings). It’s not 'YOU', and you want to get back to who you were before!
✅ The thought of joining up to a Bootcamp, Group Training or Personal Training program is just more than you can even think about. You've lost confidence in your fitness, physique and even your ability to train that hard anymore (not to mention the time and logistic constraints). You need something that's quick, simple and convenient so it can fit in with your busy 'mum life'.
