🍑The food pyramid will be the clearest for you to know which foods you must avoid and which foods to add to your body❤️

👍The second and third phase will be continued with Vegetables. This type will be rich in vitamins but taking too much will have the opposite effect for you. Control it for 2-5 servings in a week 😍
The third stage will be milk, yogurt, cheese and even meat. This will be to nourish our body with protein but control yourself by eating too much meat as it will turn into fat and cause obesity!! ️️️
