① 10:30 ~ 11:20AM "Rev It Up” (Spinning by Jimi Bang)
A cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that will take you on a fun sweaty ride!
Expect to sit tight for 50 minutes, which can burn up to more than 500 calories. The instructor will shout out
instructions to imitate a real ride of climbs, push ups and sprints.
② 11:45 ~ 12:35PM “Max HIIT 30” (High Intensity Interval Training by Jimi Bang)
You get both your explosive cardio and strength workout in one session. The intensity of the class increases overtime
with short burst of high intensity exercise followed by low intensity activity.
③ 1:00 ~ 2:00PM “Mindful & Healing” (Yoga by Vanessa Burke)
This class will focus on bringing awareness and notice into your body: soreness or stagnancy you feel are not only
caused by physical stress but emotions as well. This class will aim to clear those energy passageways while opening
your body and mind to clarity.
④ 2:15 ~ 3:15PM “Ultimate Recovery” (Yoga by Vanessa Burke)
This class will be both Hatha and Vinyasa while stretching out your tired muscles and creating openness. A lot of
stress finds its way to inhabit particular areas (shoulders, hips, back, joints) and in this class, we aim to soften those
tight areas and inspire ease.
