Sometimes when our thoughts start spinning, the easiest way to feel more grounded is to gently shift our focus outward. The color hunt is a simple practice you can do anywhere - at home, at work, or even while walking outside.

Look around and notice something red, something orange, something yellow, something green, and something blue or purple. As you do this, take your time and really notice the details - the shade, the shape, the texture. It’s a small but powerful way to remind yourself: I am here, in this moment. 🌈 💙💚💛🧡❤️
