When in Phangan...

I don't usually have time for personal photoshoots, (especially with a makeup artist) but I've been following the beautiful style of for a long time and finally was able to do a session here to capture the connection I feel with nature, movement and my instruments.🌀

There's something magical about this island that keeps drawing me back. I feel like these photos wouldn't feel quite the same anywhere else in the world!🌿

SEOLLAL EVENT: AMBIENT GONG FLOW JOURNEY

- Our original Resonance Flow soundbath experience with our full signature gong flow combining a slow and revitalising yoga flow to the powerful sound of gongs, ending in an extended soundbath experience with a ambient soundscapes and deep gong meditation, featuring a wide range of instruments from around the world!

No experience required :)

Guided by Gong Leader Isabel Kwak, each session weaves together an immersive soundscape featuring gongs (including The Flow Room's magnificent 180cm giant gong), and other sound meditation instruments including singing bowls, chimes, bells, shamanic drumming, tongue drums, rainsticks, ocean drums, kalimbas and flutes, all seamlessly blended with live ambient electronic drones and textures.

- 시그니처 공플로우의 연장버전으로 젠틀한 요가 플로우와 큰공의 웅장한 소리와 파장을 경험할수 있어요. 또한전자음악과 함께 각국에서 온 다양한 아쿠스틱, 타악기들의 전파와 진동으로 내자신의 내면 또한 온전히 녹일수있는 사운드배스를 경험하실수 있어요!

A very rare night out at the theatre! Very special long awaited evening watching Return of the King in concert with 120 choir singers and a 100 strong orchestra 🎻 (and tamtam!) - it was so powerful and emotional hearing the live music and I'm happy to see this format is becoming more popular 🤎 Very impressed with conductor's timing too!

And I always feel homesick watching these films and the beautiful Aotearoa scenery 🤎🇳🇿
.. and now back to yoga & gong 🧘‍♀️🌀
