This male patient in his late 20s was worried about his itchy, stinging skin that reacted with every touch. After taking oral medication, applying topical medication, and receiving countless laser treatments, his skin became very sensitive.

The dermatologist at Oganacell Dermatology determined that this visitor's skin barrier was severely compromised, worsened by unbalanced oil and water levels and bacterial overgrowth. They created an alternating plan, treating the cause of acne in one session and. strengthening the skin barrier in the next. This female patient in her 30s was concerned about a cluster of brown spots on the left side of her face. She had the spots since she was young, but they darkened with age. She tried all kinds of skincare products and treatments without any significant results.

Our dermatologist determined that it wasn't melasma as the patient suspected, but actually partial unilateral lentiginosis (PUL), a rare pigmentary disorder. The patient received MAQX and PiQo4 DOE laser treatments to break down pigment, and the Revinas treatment encouraged her skin to absorb and remove the pigment.

After coming in every two weeks for half a year, the patient had significantly lighter lesions, with the affected area smaller than before. As the root of the pigment is still present, the patient is now visiting once a month to follow up.
