Joseph Lent is a licensed therapist from Canada who works with people experiencing stress in their lives and relationships due to transitions, changes, worries, and doubts. He also hopes to work with clients to alleviate suffering that tends to bubble up as a result of traumatic experiences. He walks alongside people on their journey to thrive, instead of “just survive.”
Joseph practices using evidence-based approaches, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. Joseph’s experience has mostly been in working with men and boys in areas of anger, emotional issues (depression and anxiety), relationships, and behaviours that cause them to feel stressed and isolated. He is open to working with anyone who wishes to improve their overall wellbeing and live a fuller life! Joseph currently resides in Yongin with his wife and son.
