Same Day (after surgery):
Rest and avoid screen time to minimize eye strain.
Light activities, such as walking or reading (if comfortable), can be done.
Next Day:
Most patients return to non-strenuous tasks like desk work or studying, depending on their comfort and the doctor's advice.
Avoid activities that risk exposure to dust or water directly into the eyes.
1 Week Later:
You can resume moderate physical activities like jogging or light exercise.
1-2 Weeks Later:
Most restrictions are lifted, and you can resume all tasks, including high-impact sports or swimming, depending on your doctor’s evaluation.
