If you asked me years ago whether my closest friendships would be found across Asia, I wouldn’t have believed you.

But movement creates magic.
Connection builds family.
And sisterhood finds you when you’re open.

We’ve practiced together, witnessed each other, and shared vulnerability in ways only the spirit can translate.

Korea was the start.
Tokyo was a beautiful continuation.
And now - Hong Kong.

This next month fills me with emotion. I feel incredibly lucky to do what I love, for a brand I truly believe in, alongside people who inspire me beyond words.

So much gratitude. So much heart.

I didn’t outgrow love.
I grew with it.

Through rooms that asked me to soften,
and seasons that required my spine.
I learned when to open my hands,
and when to keep my feet planted
even as the ground shifted.

Some phases asked for surrender.
Others, for restraint.
All of them asked for grace.

Love changed shape.
So did I.
And still -
nothing was lost.
Only refined.
