ABOUT
- Our Full Moon Ceremony events feature a special guided meditation session, with breathwork instruction by meditation coach, Danny Arens to help make meditation accessible for all.
- This session then leads into an Om Chanting meditation, followed by a Gong Journey led by Gong Leader, Isabel Kwak with a short introduction to sound meditation before the session.
- There will also be some short gentle somatic movement to stretch before the soundbath, a reflective Q&A, and a tea break.

No experience required :)

- 설날 이벤트에서는 게스트 명상코치 Danny Arens의 명상가이드와 호흡법과 함께 명상을 쉽게 접근할수 있게 도움이 될거에요. - 명상후 옴찬팅 명상으로 이어진후에 사운드배스 세션에 앞서 공리더인 이자벨 선생님의 간단한 사운드배스에 대한 소개가 있을 예정이에요.
- 사운드배스 시작전 젠틀한 요가동작들로 몸을 이완하고, 소감 Q&A, 차담의 시간을 가질거에요.

명상세션후에 짧은 휴식시간을 가진후 젠틀한 요가동작으로 몸을 이완시킨후 공 사운드배스로 여정이 이어질거에요.

Ready to go upside down?

In this all-levels workshop, we will do some drills and explore headstand, forearm stand, handstand along with other asanas on the way. We will focus on how to come in and out of inverted asanas, their alignment, and their variations and modifications.

All levels welcome.

Everyone is welcome at Let's Yoga Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis.
