An imbalance in the autonomic nervous system, the body’s control system, can cause excessive uterine contraction (menstrual pain), slowed digestion (indigestion), and hypersensitive mucous membranes (rhinitis).

An HRV test can show how stressed and fatigued your body is.

→ Stable pelvis, slow circles

✔ Leg swings (10–15 reps)
→ Forward & backward

Post-run = Let go (Static Stretching)

✔ Hip flexor & hamstring
✔ Calf stretch
