The patient presented with severe maxillary atrophy and insufficient bone volume in the posterior region, which limited the possibility of conventional implant placement.
A full-arch fixed restoration was planned to restore function and aesthetics using a combination of zygomatic, nasal, and standard implants to achieve optimal anchorage and stability.
