Royal City Clinic Welcomes Dr. Prasannakumari Subhash – Obstetrician & Gynecologist

With 45 years of dedicated experience, Dr. Prasannakumari Subhash is a highly skilled OBGYN registrar committed to providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care for women at every stage of life. She has gained rich international exposure, having worked for 12 years in Kuwait, 3 years in KSA, and 3 years in Iran, which adds to her depth of expertise in women’s health.

She has successfully managed numerous normal deliveries and C-sections, including complex and high-risk cases such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and placenta previa. Her expertise also extends to the diagnosis and management of ectopic pregnancies, missed abortions, infertility evaluations, and perimenopausal health concerns.

Dr. Subhash is proficient in both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, minor OT surgeries, IUD insertions and removal ,Norplant removal and obstetric and gynecological ultrasound. Beyond clinical practice, she is deeply passionate about respectful maternity care, patient education, and counseling. She has conducted several awareness sessions on maternal nutrition, contraception, and safe delivery practices, empowering women and their families with the knowledge they need for a healthy future.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, and Tamil, she is known for her empathetic communication, cultural sensitivity, and patient-centered approach. Her guiding principle is to ensure that every woman receives care that respects her dignity, values, and choices.
