We are looking for a motivated Facilities Supervisor to support the safe, efficient, and well-maintained operation of our school buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn and grow in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of school facilities to ensure a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors
- Assist in coordinating with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair work
- Help implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Carry out basic hands-on technical tasks related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems (with guidance)
- Support compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and KHDA requirements
- Assist in maintaining safety standards, security, and overall operational efficiency
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a similar role
- Technical knowledge or academic background in facilities, engineering, maintenance, or a related field
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on across different facility systems
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Understanding of basic health and safety principles is an advantage
