Pilots and medical crews don't like to refuse missions since they know people are depending on them, but professionals know when it is better not to fly. Turning down a mission doesn't mean they are too lazy to fly, only that they don't want to endanger their crew or the patient. When a crew forgets that, it too often ends in disaster. Unfortunately, it happens in some places. May they Rest in Peace.

HealthNet said the pilot assigned to the base declined to complete the flight due to “atmospheric conditions which fell below published operational weather minimums.”

Following the rules of standard precaution, I made it a point that even our pilots are taught how to practice hand hygiene, and use Personal Protective Equipment (gloves,gown,masks, etc.) , safe handling of potentially contaminated surfaces in the patient environment, respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette. They are not just our pilots for a reason of handling the aircraft,by now they should know the basic safety in the medical field.

The National Bank of Kuwait is completing the "dream to be" initiative, where the two-child security, which is being treated at the kuwait national specialist hospital for children in training for the rescue of patients
Good for us, the future champions.

Continuing the “I Dream To Be” initiative, NBK collaborated with the Air Ambulance Services Center to grant the wishes of Shannan and Haidar who are undergoing treatment at NBK Children’s Hospital to become paramedics. This comes in line with the Bank’s Social Responsibility in giving back to society. We wish to see you our future paramedics!
