خسارة ١٥ كيلو خلال ٣ أشهر بس!
‎بدأت رحلة محمود في ٢٠٢٥/١/١ على بداية السنة وبعد ترتيب الأهداف قرر يحط خسارة الوزن أولوية
‎طبعاً بعد ما حاول كل الطرق لتخفيف وزنه بدون نتيجة. عشان هيك قرر يطلب مساعدتي لمساعدته بالوصول لهدفه. فخورة إني أخبركم بأنه خسر ١٥ كيلو من وزنه اليوم بعد اتباعه لنظام غذائي مخصصله بناءا على احتياجات جسمه، نشاطه البدني و مقاساته.
