Myla L. Pelopero RN 🇵🇭, MOH licensed 🇰🇼, the heart behind 13th Floor Etihad Medical Center, Salmiya (Previously Aspen Clinic) founded the clinic in June 2012 with a vision to bring advanced, client-centered aesthetic care to Kuwait.

With a strong background in dermatology and aesthetic nursing, she served as a Dermatology Nurse in an International Clinic and proceeded to be a Head Nurse of Cosmesurge in Royal Hyatt Hospital. Her dedication, expertise, and passion continue to inspire the trusted care we provide today.
