Most people use these interchangeably.
But they are not the same.
Flexibility is how far you can go.
Mobility is how well you can control it.
And that difference matters more than most people realize.
Because without control,
range of motion doesn’t mean much.
This is where a lot of people get stuck in their practice.
Or worse, this is where injuries begin.
The goal isn’t to go deeper.
It’s to understand what your body is doing when you get there.
That’s what actually changes your practice.
