Our signature Ramadan Challenge is back!
A daily commitment to movement, mindfulness and meaningful change.
How It Works:

Attend one yoga or pilates class every day throughout Ramadan
β
After each class, place a sticker next to your name on the challenge board
β
Your goal: 30 classes by the end of Ramadan
β
Workshops and private sessions count toward your total
β
Miss a day? You may make it up by taking two classes (a double) on another day
β
Maximum of 4 doubles allowed during the challenge. More than 4 doubles (even without missing a day) = disqualification
β
No triples (three classes in one day)
β
Challenge ends on March 18, 2026.
