"Pensum" refers to balance, something our medical center and a team of experienced physicians works to restore. Our clinic was established in the Cayman Islands by a group of surgeons, led by Dr. Joseph Purita, who is a board certified US orthopedic surgeon and one of the world’s foremost authorities on stem cell treatments and research.
