Closing this year with a full heart, gratitude and a lot of clarity. It was a year filled with movement, adventures, deep blues, salty skin, snowy peaks, spontaneous plans — and also moments of real fatigue.
Summer reminded me that working too much comes at a cost, and that slowing down isn’t optional, it’s necessary 🩵💙🩵💙
So here’s to 2026 — to chasing new horizons, diving deep (literally and figuratively 🤿), saying yes to more adventures, making space for joy, growth, health and connection along the way, but more importantly listening to my body, protecting my health, and choosing balance along the way 🙏🏾
