WE’RE HIRING: Health Design & Outreach Coordinator
Cayman Medical is a boutique, multidisciplinary medical clinic in Grand Cayman, offering advanced diagnostic imaging (including open and weight-bearing MRI), family medicine, preventive and regenerative medicine, aesthetic services, physiotherapy, and mental health counselling.
We are looking for a creative, design-driven professional to join our team as Health Design & Outreach Coordinator.
This role is not front-desk or administrative. It focuses on how our services are presented, communicated, and shared with our patients and the wider community.
🔍 THE ROLE
You will be responsible for:
✔ Creating high-quality visual content (social posts, flyers, brochures, posters, in-clinic screens)
✔ Preparing materials that clearly introduce and explain medical and wellness services
✔ Supporting service launches, announcements, events, and clinic initiatives
✔ Ensuring a consistent, professional visual identity across all platforms
✔ Assisting with short-form visual content (reels, simple animations)
🎯 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Caymanians or individuals with existing Right to Work in the Cayman Islands only
✔ Strong Canva design skills (portfolio or samples required)
✔ A good sense for how information reaches and resonates with people
✔ Experience in design, communications, or public-facing content roles
✔ Professionalism, discretion, and comfort working in a healthcare environment
Bonus: Experience in wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or premium service industries
