When someone tells me they don’t have time to be mindful, I get it. Life is full.

But here’s the truth: mindfulness doesn’t ask for hours…
it asks for moments.

5 minutes of breathing with awareness.
2 minutes of noticing your feet on the ground.
Even 30 seconds of closing your eyes and softening your jaw.

These small pauses create more space, not less.

You don’t need more time, just a gentle willingness to begin where you are.
