Join Health Care Community Nurse, a progressive and growing caregiving team, as our Head Caregiver / Supervisor. Take the lead, support your team, and help us deliver outstanding care to seniors in the Cayman Islands.
💼 Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the caregiving team to ensure high-quality care
Schedule and manage staff shifts effectively
Oversee daily caregiving activities and client care plans
Communicate with families and healthcare providers as needed
Manage emails and internal communications
Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
🧠 Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a caregiver with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
Strong team leader and team player qualities
Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Skilled in scheduling, managing staff, and handling email communications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover shifts as needed
