Natalie Baldwin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas and a registered yoga teacher (200 hours) through Yoga Alliance. Natalie is a Business and Professional Member (BPW), Young Business Professional member (YBPW) YBPW Regional Representative for North America and the Caribbean. Natalie specializes in trauma-informed care utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy when working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is a creative, empathetic, and effective therapy provider using a client-centered and holistic approach while implementing expressive arts. Natalie has experience facilitating workshops and training on trauma, domestic violence, and team-building exercises. She believes in meeting people where they’re at and supporting them in developing their goals throughout treatment. She helps clients work through complex emotions, challenge negative thinking patterns and learn new coping techniques. Natalie uses a strength-based practice when working with clients helping them overcome issues such as low self-esteem and learning to build healthy interpersonal relationships.
