We are Abigail of and Linsey of and we are SO EXCITED to invite you to an afternoon of coming back home to ourselves and rooting back into what we are at the very center, the very core of our beings.
This will be a curated space where you will land back into a space of JOY, of ALIGNMENT, and to learn how to truly LIVE from that heart space every day! 💫
There will be hours of beautiful conversation and discussion, energy forecasting, grounding and water blessing, intuitive movement, a workshop full of somatic tools an methods, and of course, our signature full length Energy and Sound Ceremony. This is where our modalities of healing will be weaved together, sound and energy simultaneously working to amplify each other into their fullest power.
You will receive individual sound and energy work, helping to clear out stagnancies and anything no longer aligned so you can return to living from your heart and your joy 💕
There will be time to integrate this healing as we come together in community with one another to share a nutritious meal and speak about our experiences, connecting with the wisdom that each of us holds.
