Hot 26&2 at Bliss is a challenging class that uses a set sequence of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises repeated the same way every class.

This class adheres to a strict yoga discipline using a traditional sequence with a set dialogue given by the instructor to keep the connection with students as they move through each posture.

The room is heated to approximately 100-105 degrees Fahrenheit / 37-40 degrees Celsius to facilitate safe, deep stretching, a detoxifying sweat and a healthy glow. 🔥
