OnCourse Cayman is proud to offer Cayman's first Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program. This September we will be offering Dialectical Beahvior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Programming for Young Adults (18-30 years old) for Anxiety, Mood Disorders and persons experiencing PTSD. Call, email or message for more information.

This program will involve 9 hours per week of group therapy/skills training, ongoing individual therapy (at OnCourse or another clinic) and will require a review by a psychiatrist prior to entry. It is good for persons needing more support than typical outpatient, ie: 1 hour/week, but not requiring inpatient care.

Dr. Alexandra Bodden is happy to discuss the program in more detail with anyone that may be interested to see if it will be a good fit.
