OnCourse Cayman is proud to offer Cayman's first groups based Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program. This September we will be offering Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Programming for Young Adults (18-30 years old) for Anxiety, Mood Disorders and persons experiencing PTSD. Call, email or message for more information.

This program will involve 9 hours per week of group therapy/skills training, ongoing individual therapy (at OnCourse or another clinic) and will require a review by a psychiatrist prior to entry. It is good for persons needing more support than typical outpatient, ie: 1 hour/week, but not requiring inpatient care.

Dr. Alexandra Bodden is happy to discuss the program in more detail with anyone that may be interested to see if it will be a good fit.

A special thank you to Dr. Alexandra Bodden from OnCourse Cayman and Ms. Heather Lockhart from BHAC for leading an informative and engaging team-building session with the A. L. Thompson’s management team this morning.

The session encouraged collaboration through a series of activities designed to help identify strengths and opportunities for growth, all with the goal of enhancing teamwork and improving the customer experience across all A. L. Thompson’s locations.
