Cayman Hearing Center is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to support both our front desk and clinical operations.

❤️ If you love helping people and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Welcome and assist patients through check-in and check-out
• Support the front desk when needed
• Prepare rooms and es**rt patients to appointments
• Assist with hearing aid orders, repairs, and inventory
• Update patient records (training provided)
• Keep the clinic organized, clean, and welcoming
• Make follow-up calls after appointments
• Add small touches that brighten our space (flowers, décor, etc.)

What we’re looking for: 👀

• Warm, professional communicator
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Reliable, proactive, and a team player
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus

Caymanians, RERC & PR Holders strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, in-office position. Applicants must currently reside in the Cayman Islands.
