We are your space in the Cayman Islands for well being that nurtures personal and physical development. FLOW~THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT is a space for well being that nurtures personal as well as physical development. At Flow~ we use movement as a form of healing therapy for the body, the mind and the spirit. Combining bodywork with movement in order to achieve maximum results with reorganizing one’s body structure allowing you to move more freely, painlessly and in a more perfect alignment using a “less is more” concept.

In 2020 I was living my ultimate dream of offering dream retreats collaborating with my soul sisters from overseas. We had five events and I was blessed to meet 36 amazing strong empowering women that the presenters entrusted to bring to our studio oasis. March 2021 bringing it full circle with our first local retreat.The intention has been set, now is the call to action with the full worm moon on Sunday . I’m carrying so many people in my heart. Thank you so much. Please tag yourselves know that I love you ❤️❤️We will be off-line for the rest of the weekend as we reconnect with our rhythm for living ✌🏼❤️🌻🌟🍀
