Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Provide confidential, professional and evidence based psychotherapy to a broad range of clientele, which is client centred.
Successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain confidential case management record keeping from intake, assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning recommendations to discharge in an electronic, paperless office setting.
Successful candidate will be required from time to time liaise with other agencies for the purposes of treatment planning.
Successful candidate must be able to work independently: management of caseload, scheduling of client appointments, receive and record payments, assist with marketing and social media.
From time to time, successful candidate will be asked to develop and deliver psycho educational presentations to groups of students, corporations and/or the community.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years experience in a clinical setting and be qualified at the masters degree level or higher from an accredited College it University in Psychology or related field.
Successful candidate must be licensed or able to obtain licensure in the Cayman Islands with CPAM.
Excellent communications and computer skills are required.
