Egg Hunt Times by Age Group:
🥚(8 months – 2 years): 3-3:30pm
🥚 2 – 4 years: 2:30-3:15pm

These HIIT-style workouts for kids are designed to build strength, endurance, speed and confidence in a fun but challenging environment.
