Heartfelt thanks to from for a wonderful and well-received weekend training on Trauma Sensitive Yoga. We had a great mix of participants from yoga teachers to mental health clinicians to RCIPS to foster home staff and various other interested members of our community. We are excited to see how this filters into practice on our islands.
