It’s designed to help you safely rebuild strength after pregnancy - at your own pace.
We focus on:
• Core and pelvic floor recovery
• Improving posture
• Gradually building full-body strength
The class is supportive, welcoming, and baby-friendly, so you can bring your little one along.
