This Father’s Day, celebrate with something truly meaningful.

Join us at Bodyworks Holistic Wellness Centre for our Dad & Me Mini Retreat—a heartwarming 60-minute experience designed to deepen the connection between dads and their children through relaxation, gentle touch, and joyful presence.

Led by our therapist Norma and accompanied by live music from John, this interactive session invites kids to learn simple massage techniques (neck, shoulders, hands, feet) while sharing laughter, calm, and quality time with Dad.
